Declaration in accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006
Dear Sir or Madam,
As a manufacturer of products, we hereby inform you in accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation that, to the best of our current knowledge, our products may contain substances from the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in a concentration exceeding 0.1% by mass (w/w).
The affected products as well as the contained SVHC substances are updated periodically and are available for review below..
Information on safe use
When the affected products are used as intended, no special measures are required according to our current state of knowledge.
The following instructions must be observed
The product may only be used in accordance with the technical documentation.
Applicable occupational safety and disposal regulations must be observed during maintenance, repair, or dismantling work.
Cables/wires and metallic components must not be subjected to uncontrolled thermal treatment or incineration.
Disposal must be carried out in accordance with the respective applicable national regulations.
